【骨质疏松症的预防与药物治疗】| 彰化基督教医院 内分泌暨新陈代谢科
想要预防骨质疏松症的发生,建议可以先从『改变生活型态』做起,例如:
1.均衡饮食-多选择含丰富钙质的食物:奶类、海产类、豆品类、蔬菜类、果仁类。
3.有氧及肌力运动:保持每周至少3次、每次30-60分钟,如:步行、太极、 健身操...等。
4.户外活动-适度晒太阳:协助体内制造维生素D,以帮助钙质吸收。
改变生活型态将可以维持骨密度,并且可以延缓骨质流失,或者您可以选择使用『药物治疗』增加骨密度减少脆弱性骨折发生率。
1.双磷酸盐类:口服或静脉注射,频率:视药物而定。
3.RANKL单株抗体:皮下注射,频率:每6个月。
5.抑制sclerostin单株抗体:皮下注射,频率:每个月。
