CCH Assisted Taiwan AID with hosting the "2023 Asia NGO Forum on International Development".
On June 19th and 20th, 2023, CCH assisted Taiwan AID with hosting the “2023 Asia NGO Forum on International Development”. The topic of the forum is “Resilience, Innovation, and Influence of NGOs in the Changing Era.” Experts and scholars of NGOs in Taiwan and from other countries like Japan, Korea, Bhutan, Turkey, Nepal, Cambodia, Kyrgyzstan, and Bangladesh were invited to share how NGOs face challenges under the influence of the pandemic and discuss a wide range of topics, including international development trends and the progress of sustainable development goals, geopolitical conflicts and humanitarian assistance, digital transformation, new NGO leaders and innovation, and the practice of inclusive partnerships. Dr. Nina, the CEO of Overseas Medical Mission Center and the Executive Director of Taiwan AID moderated the panel discussion on “The Influence of Digital Transformation on NGOs in the Changing Era” session.
