The MOU Signing Ceremony for Specialist Training between CCH and UPNG
The MOU Signing Ceremony for Specialist Training between Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH) and the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) was held on 18th March. Through specialist training, academic cooperation, and medical education, it is hoped that CCH and UPNG will jointly cultivate medical professionals in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and improve their medical expertise, health care quality, and patient safety. The MOU was signed by Dr. Mu-Kuan Chen, the Superintendent of CCH, and Mr. Tommy Kambu Kunji, the Representative of Papua New Guinea Trade Office in Taiwan. In addition, Dr. Nakapi Tefuarani, the Executive Dean of the School of Medicine & Health Science, University of Papua New Guinea and Amb. Oliver Liao, the Representative of The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Papua New Guinea, signed the MOU online, hoping that the medical cooperation and academic exchanges between Taiwan and PNG will be further improved in the near future.
