AI Enhances Medical Documentation! Thai Cooperation Hospitals Visited CCH for AI Model Training
To support our cooperative hospitals in Thailand in enhancing their ability to use AI software to assist physicians in summarizing medical records, six healthcare and IT staff from Hua Chiew Hospital and North Eastern Wattana Hospital visited the AI Development Center of CCH for a five-day AI madel training program, held from May 26 to 30, 2025. The course was led by Dr. Tien-Hsiung Ku, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Development Center, and Assistant Data Scientist Po-Yueh Huang, who guided participants through in-depth learning on the application of AI in medical record summarization, along with hands-on practice sessions. In addition to classroom learning, Dr. Chang-Lun Huang, Director of the Information Systems Department, introduced CCH information system, providing participants with a broader understanding of smart healthcare implementation. Toward the end of the program, participants toured our Smart Nursing Station and Nursing Information System to see firsthand how these technologies are applied in real clinical settings. We hope this training will inspire the trainees and empower them to share their new knowledge back home, contributing to the advancement of medical documentation systems in their hospitals.
