We are proud to partner with Chunghwa Telecom to launch Taiwan’s first modular overseas telemedicine demonstration sites in Chiang Rai, Thailand, bringing innovative healthcare services to remote areas along the Thai-Myanmar and Thai-Laos borders. With smart health vital sign stations, digital diagnostic devices, and a cloud-based platform, residents in rural areas of Thailand can now access specialist care without traveling long distances—truly realizing healthcare equity. The modular system is highly flexible and replicable, adaptable to different local needs. It helps reduce urban-rural healthcare disparities while also cutting transportation-related carbon emissions—advancing both environmental and social responsibility. This project also showcasing Taiwan’s smart healthcare and commitment to global medical sustainability.
