From May 13 to 17, to comply with the New Southbound Policy Program, Changhua Christian Hospital invited 28 distinguished guests from the Nursing Division of the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand, Saint Louis College, Phra Nang Klao Hospital, Saraburi Hospital, and the University Kusuma Husada Surakarta from Indonesia, to Taiwan for a study tour. All guests visited Smart Nursing Station, Yuanlin Christian Hospital, Dr. Jean Murray Landsborough Memorial Hospices Center, Memory Garden Dementia Care Center, Wellell Inc., and the 2024 Assistive Technology for Life. Through on-site observations and exchanges of experiences with medical professionals, the participants gained a deeper understanding of the potential opportunities and trends for medical cooperation between Taiwan and Thailand. All guests visited Yuanlin Christian Hospital and Hiwin Technologies Corp. and were invited to the Power of AI for Revolutionizing Healthcare - Cases Sharing of AI in Clinical Applications. Through observations and exchanges of experiences with medical professionals and onsite smart technology companies, the participants gained a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence's power in Taiwan's medical field. CCH cooperated with Chunghwa Telecom and Overbrook Hospital (OBH) to set up a telemedicine demonstration site at the OBH, MaeSai Clinic, and Chiangkhon Clinic to provide medical services to patients on the border between Thailand-Myanmar and Thailand-Laos, reducing the urban-rural gap and promoting medical equality.(English version、Thai version)
