Online Courses for Palliative Care by Ns. Yi-Min Chen
On December 3rd, Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH) and School of Nursing of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta(UMY), Indonesia, co-host the online course for Palliative Care. Ns. Yi-Min Chen, Nursing Department of CCH, was invited as a lecturer to share the “Complementary Therapy in Hospice Care in Taiwan”. The course included how CCH cares for patients with Counselling, Relaxation and meditation, Spiritual practices, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Massage, Chinese Herb Medicine and Pet therapy, etc. The course is undergoing consecutive Indonesian Interpreting. Around 100 students joined the online course and interacted with the lecturer very actively.
