Mr. Soong Tzyy-Jeng, the Director General and Mr. Yang Chueh-Hung, the deputy director on Home Assignment, of Central Taiwan Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited Overseas Medical Mission Center of Changhua Christian Hospital on March 29^th to discuss and share experience on how NGOs in Taiwan participate the international development and cooperation.
