Specimen Processing and Management Unit
- Department of Laboratory medicine is located at 10F of First Medical Building, the unit coordinates
specimen preparation and processing.
- Accredited by ISO15189, Medical laboratories from Taiwan Accreditation Foundation since 2005
and the College of American Pathologists’ Laboratory Accreditation program since 2010.
- Clinical space for storage of laboratory specimen and supplies is located at clinical trial center,
10F of Medical Building.
- Equipment: preparation area, laminar flow, centrifuge, 2-8°C refrigerators, -20°C, -30 and -80°C
Freezers, 24-hour temperature monitoring and alert system.
