| Starting from January 13, 2018, anything published in Oncotarget (ISSN: 1949-2553) will not be indexed in SCI. Without being indexed by SCI,it will lack its 2017 impact factor. Since Oncotarget will no longer be indexed by Science citation index (SCI) with effect from Volume 9, Number 5, researchers who are interested in submitting their future work should give serious consideration.
